With over 30 years in the entertainment and creative industries, my work spans performance, recording artistry (as part of Bardot), producing, directing live experiences, and shaping creatives from the inside out.

II’ve experienced the visibility, pressure, and identity shifts that come with success - and the deeper inner work required to evolve beyond it. Not just to achieve, but to stay aligned, grounded, and creatively sovereign.
Today, I lead creatives to strengthen self-leadership, clarify direction, and build work that reflects who they are becoming - blending strategy, mindset, and soul-led awareness into a grounded, sustainable creative life.
