A little about me,

MY BIGGEST PASSION IS WELLNESS AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, THERE IS NOTHING I LOVE MORE THAN GETTING CREATIVES TO DIG DEEP AND BRING THEIR MAGIC INTO THE WORLD.

I am passionate about wellness and personal development. There is nothing I love more than getting creatives to dig deep and bring their magic into the world. 

With 30+ years experience, I have lived a colourful life within the entertainment industry, from performing arts and being a recording artist in the band Bardot, to business, marketing, branding, pr, producing and director of live events and tours.

 

I understand, firsthand the highs, the hustle, and the inner chaos that can come with a creative path. But I also know that genuine success comes from within, and that self-development is the foundation of a thriving, sustainable creative life.

 

My mission now is to pass on what I’ve learned – to guide, support, and inspire creatives to rise into their full potential with soul, strategy, and self-leadership. I’ve been where you are… and I’m here to help you navigate what’s next.
