About Sally

A lifetime of creativity, reinvention and learning how to come home to yourself.

With over 30 years immersed in the creative industry, I’ve lived creativity from every angle - as a performer, artist, producer, creative leader and mentor.

From recording and performing with Bardot to creating live experiences for global television brands at FremantleMedia, I’ve spent my career understanding what makes ideas connect with people.

Across every chapter, one thing has remained constant: my belief in the power of creativity, connection and authentic expression.

I've experienced the highs, pressures and identity shifts that come with a creative life - and I've learned that the most meaningful work begins from understanding who we are.

Today, I bring that experience into helping others discover their own voice, direction and creative path.
